Charles A. Dubissette is a commercial real estate broker who is responsible for client prospecting, real estate marketing, and contract negotiation of commercial assets for both investors and owners/users. With 15 years of experience in real estate sales, Charles launched Capital Area Development, Inc. whose goal is to become a vertically integrated, real estate firm with an emphasis on affordable, workforce, and market-rate multifamily investment and development. His intense passion for real estate drives his mission to create and provide housing solutions for families throughout the country.
